BREAKING: Tennessee Lands 4-Star LB Bryson Eason

by | Oct 22, 2019

Tennessee picked up a commitment from 2020 four-star linebacker Bryson Eason on Tuesday night. Eason is rated as the 182nd overall prospect in the country.

This commitment is one that the Vols will set into swing a full-blown pipeline at Whitehaven. The Vols are also targeting Eason’s four-star teammates, Tamarion McDonald and Martavius French.

It appears likely that the Vols could land the tight knit trio at this point. The momentum in this one turned when Jeremy Pruitt attended a Whitehaven game and made an offer to McDonald. On that night, he made it clear how much of a priority that the three would be moving forward. Tennessee quickly hosted them all on an official visit the following weekend.

Eason has been a long-time Target that eventually came down to Tennessee and Arkansas. He was fresh off an official visit to Arkansas before choosing the Vols on Tuesday night.

Eason gives the Vols their 15th commitment in the 2020 class. He also makes the 6th in-state commit for the cycle.
