THE BLACK JERSEYS ARE BACK!

Jun 18, 2020 | More Important Issues

On Thursday June 18th Jeremy Pruitt met with the media via Zoom. He announced that the Vols, at the request of the players, would wear black jerseys against Kentucky in 2020. He also announced that no football players had tested positive for Covid-19. Tennessee had a graduate assistant test positive upon returning to campus and has since been quarantined. For the first time since Tim Jordan’s arrest Vol officials spoke on the matter. The senior RB has been dismissed from the team following an arrest on marijuana and gun charges. Jordan rushed for 428 yards on 104 attempts and 1 touchdown in 2019.
